Mostly as expected
These came pretty well packaged and the shipping container wasn't harmed at all but when I opened them a couple of the omega 3 pills are surrounded by some of their own liquid...so hopefully just an odd manufacturing defect cause I opened one of those and when squeezed it doesn't appear to leak.Otherwise, convenient packaging for a month and the multis seem good quality with a coating so you don't have a gross taste. Pretty good buy.

Big tablets
I really liked the idea of this product as it covers all the vitamins I wanted. If anything I dislike the size of the tablets, if you are not good with swallowing big tablets these are not for you. Overall they do the job.

Doesn’t taste of anything, size is quite big but easy to swallow, easy to pop out of foil tin, can reserve the vitamin content online before you buy, you get a lot for the price, bargain
