Wet the dirty spot and use a washcloth or kitchen towel and start rubbing

Has this been tx with flame retardants to comply with any regulations?

It is free of flame retardants. I contacted Lovevery after you asked this question to verify that there are no flame retardants in any of their products, including the tunnel (which I purchased for my one year old, and I'm crazy about avoiding flame retardants).

Does this product contain natural rubber/latex?

No the fabric is made out of cotton. And the rest is metal.
