This product was recommended to me by a police officer after a territorial dog broke its tie out line and attacked my dog as we walked on the sidewalk in front of its house. I love POM and carry their product(s) daily. However, I did give the MK3 only 4 stars- instead of 5- due to the fact that it is much bigger than expected. I bought it with the intent for it to replace my previous regular everyday carry POM (regular, "pocket clip") model.There is little hint about the size difference between the two besides the words "pocket clip" vs "belt clip".tldr; the MK3 is too big to be practical for EDC, unless you don't mind sporting it openly, with a giant bulge in your pocket/under jacket, or in a bag.The extra range is a huge plus, but I will likely only carry for specific things- otherwise just home defense.

Wow this stuff is hot. It takes a minute or so to really get going but water does not help. Soap or not makes no difference. I was miserable for an hour or more after getting hit with it. The rest of my day was ruined by feeling burned everywhere I got hit.Easy to use, safe to carry and plenty of sauce to bless the bad guys in this can.A great less than lethal option so that you can cover your asp.
