Nothing added so, yeah bitter. This is a basic recipe I use, in a blender: 1 cup water 1 banana (for thickness) Handful of frozen fruit (usually blueberries for me, frozen makes a cold shake) 1 tablespoon protein powder 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
