A good product which is great as it hasn’t damaged my door in anyway. Had a total shoulder replacement when purchased. Was great for my recovery. However I would have been happier had it been easier to adjust to lift my arms higher

A good and very useful exercise device that meets all my requirements at a competitive price.

This product slides ok - but the hook to go over top or side of doors is too narrow meaning it will not fit over the top of interior or exterior doors nor on the side - so the door will not shut properly into the lock to keep the door closed to work with pulley. Unfortunately this was a gift and thus passed the return period.

After dislocating my shoulder I really struggled to get full movement back until i found this.Awesome simple piece of kit that i now recommend to my clients who have shoulder mobility issues, including dislocation recovery and rotator cuff restrictions.It was an absolute lifesaver for me and so glad i found it

Also you have markers on the rope, so you can write down your progress of your activities, as how far you can stretch your arms. This is a good item as you can hang it on your door.
