My stovetop knobs turn easily. You don't even have to push them down..you slightly bump and they will turn on. I am always rechecking over and over to make sure I didn't bump them and they are on.I bought these and they are perfect. I am now confident they are off and am not rechecking all night making sure no one (especially the kids) didn't accidently bump them and turn them on..These are perfect

These are perfect for those curious toddlers who want to explore everything including the stove knobs. I like that they are easy to open, easy to take on and off, and easy to clean. My toddler hasn't managed to get them open, and they make me feel better knowing she can't accidentally turn our gas stove on. The cleat ones are nice because you can hardly tell they are there.

The media could not be loaded. FINALLY a product that works to prevent myself or my cats from accidentally turning on my gas stove knobs. Ever since I accidentally turned on one of my gas stove knobs after I bumped into it & not realizing I turned the gas on until I had come back into my house from outside & smelled gas I’ve been soooo paranoid that I may do it again so I’m constantly checking the knobs to make sure they’re all turned off. This wasn’t the first product I tried so I was super excited when I put these on & found out that they do work! Very easy to install & unlock when needing. There is plenty of room in between the knobs that the covers don’t touch each other. I got the clear knobs which look great & not tacky. I don’t have children but they definitely are child proof that even kids can’t turn the knobs on. I’m finally relived of my fear of causing harm to myself, the cats or possibly causing a fire with these gas knob covers. I HIGHLY recommend this product. I can now relax….

I like these it’s not a permanent thing. They seem awkward when on because they don’t stick to anything it’s just like a cover over the job so my baby does play with them. However they do their job perfectly and prevent her from getting to the knobs. They also are easy to open and close for easy access to the stove knobs for adults.

Really does it what it is intended to do.A little loose for my stove knobs, but fits enough to prevent my grandson from starting the gas up.

I just love them. They do exactly what they are supposed to do. The dials of the stove are kept safely covered therefore preventing them from being accidentally being turned on.

I haven't used many products from safety 1st, but when I was told these gas stove locks worked well from a friend I decided to try them. Unfortunately, they didn't work well with my stove. Besides my stove knobs being a little closer, causing the knob to completely fall off inside the lock, the locks were extremely difficult to open. Great to prevent my child from using them, but they would probably just fall completely off which isn't safe either. Sadly, I returned this item.

No little kids at home , but a cat that jumps everywhere. It works perfectly!
