Can these be used for tounge webs

Possibly I would check the size as I got a 1.2 and the balls were quite large and “heavy” so may not be so comfortable not sure of the standard size for the tongue web ... but depending on the side I’m sure it would be fine (only 1 provided - even though the pic shows a few )

For the smallest size please choose style name: 1 x 06 x 3mm. This is 1mm width, 6mm bar length with 3mm balls.

Is this internally or externally threaded?

The bars are externally threaded.

Does the metal erode off the bar overtime from being in your mouth as a few that I have do

No hun. This is surgical steel all the way through. Not coated so theres nothing to errode :)
