What color is the liner? One picture shows black and another is orange.

The liner to my Milwaukee leather vest is orange (picture attached). I have a black denim Milwaukee vest that has a black liner (picture attached).

What country are these made in ?

Pakistan- I will say I looked at a lot of vests before buying this one. Had it for some time and still happy with it.

does it have a removable liner

Totally awesome vest but no removable liner. I can pack both conceal pockets with my 1911s & you can't tell except for the weight.

is this made by milwaukee leather with v cut on bottom front ?

It is as shown. I have had this vest for a few years now. The only wear I have seen is around the neck but this is normal. When putting patches on the back its best to use a good fabric glue because of the triple lining it is hard to sew without the lining bunching up. You can sew them on the front with know problem. The leather is soft at first you might think its pleather. Sizes are a little larger.
