Different from many, natural material, works, worth it
Terracotta quality great, comfortable to hold. Not to small or big. Scrapes real good. People say it's hard to clean? Just rinse as you go i had not problem cleaning it, just don't let it dry with dead skin (gross).. over all worth it, makes my heels smooth

Best Foot Scrubber I've Purchased Yet!!
I am on a whole self-care journey right now, which has led me to have weekly spa days (highly recommend) where I focus on skin and hair health. That said, I have been trying every foot scrubber I could find over the last 6 months! This is by far my favorite and I am ending my search here. This scrubber is (I think) a terra cotta clay and is gentle while still being very effective. It has two options for scrubbing, one is nice and gentle for polishing, and the other is a lot rough for really getting through a tough callus. I used to use those cheese-grater-looking ones and, while they effectively removed calluses, they actually caused more issues than they solved. The pumice bars are pretty good, but they get really gross and they are not very sustainable. The wooden sticks with essentially sandpaper on the end aren't as effective as this and they won't last as long. This one dries quickly, is easy to clean, and is just as if not more effective than most of its competition. If you're on the fence, I say do it.

Works great!
Will take only dead skin off your feet. Will not wear out. Leaves your feet feeling smooth and soft.

Works well
First thing's first: this item is not made from pumice but from terracotta (the box indicates as much). Secondly, it works well. My feet felt instantly smoother. Also, it cleans easily and is pretty durable.

Instant results
This product works very well. I’ve always used the grater and as of recently the skin would come back the next day. I first bought the urea cream to help with the rough skin but it didn’t last. After trying this product once and using the cream daily I haven’t scrubbed in 4 days and my feet still look and feel great. Highly recommend this if you want to stop using the grater and improve the health of your feet

Barely used, already has a chip
This seems great in theory, but I'm not sure about it. I have used this less than 10 times and have been sure to be very careful with it considering that it's fragile. There is already a chip in one of the grooves on the smoother side. This is a bit disappointing.

Works great
Honestly, it’s better than I could’ve ever imagined this thing is not only aesthetically appealing but it’s well-made and works wonderfully. I’m a 35-year-old woman and I found that a lot of women my age actually have really bad feet. I think if more women focused on their feet as much as they did their faces, they would have baby soft feet like this and I’ve been visiting scrubbers like this for a while, but this is the best made I’ve ever found so I’m gonna be sticking with this

The Gilden Tree Foot Scrubber is easy to use and it works well.
At my annual physical I told my doctor that my feet hurt all the time no matter if I was standing, walking or laying down. I always have to keep two insoles in each shoe to cushion my feet. I cannot walk barefooted (or even if I’m wearing thick athletic socks). I always have to put my shoes on even for overnight bathroom visits. As my doctor examined my feet he pointed out the many calluses on each foot. He said that I needed “to take care of these calluses.” I asked him how would I do that? He said, “Go to Amazon, type in Gilden Tree Foot Scrubber and order one. After you take a shower your feet will be sufficiently wet to use the Foot Scrubber. Be sure to follow the instructions enclosed with your order. You’ll be tempted to try to completely remove a callus in one sitting but don’t do that! Just scrub off the layers that are moist, then stop and apply your favorite lotion to both feet. You must be patient and just take off a few layers at a time. Repeat this process until every callus is removed. Once success is achieved continue with regular maintenance.”My wife placed the order that same day and it arrived within a week. Following my doctor’s advice I started trimming my calluses. After each use I would clean and disinfect the Foot Scrubber. However, I couldn’t remove all of the imbedded scrapings after my last use so I went to the Gilden Tree website to seek help.Their posted solution is to clean it in the dishwasher. I put the Foot Scrubber on the third (the top) shelf which is just a horizontal flat surface to wash thin items. The next morning when I opened the dishwasher and pulled out the top shelf the Foot Scrubber was in two pieces. It had broken off at the neck between the fourth and fifth “ring”, so I called Gilden Tree.I spoke with Alison, who couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. She helped me look up the order number on the Amazon website to confirm the purchase. (BTW, why don’t online companies send a receipt with each order you make?) Alison verified the information that she needed and is sending me a new replacement Foot Scrubber at no charge, even including the shipping!Alison could not have treated me any better. Her enormous kindness is the perfect example of how to deal with a customer’s problem!!I hope that every retailer in the world reads this account and adopts Alison’s technique because it is exactly what today’s consumers expect but very seldom receive!! (Why don’t you email this review to the Customer Service Department at each and every company that you do business with?)I highly recommend doing business with Gilden Tree, which has many other items available for purchase.Thank you, Gilden Tree! Thank you, Alison!! And THANK YOU for taking the time to read this!Mike KeenCarmel, Indiana USA
