After they are filled can they be stored stacked flat on top of each other?

I would say that, if they are filled with things like clothing, that you should be able to stack 3-5 easily. The sides are not designed structurally, but stacking a few boxes should not cause any problems.

What is the clearance height?

The containers are about 5¾ inches tall, and will clear a 6'' bed frame comfortably. Please keep in mind if stuffed full of comforters or clothes, the middle could bulge higher.

Is the base sturdy enough to lift the basket over head while full of clothing? Looking to use this for storage on a high shelf.

From my perspective, it is. I had a different under the bed tote before finding this one, and it flopped all over the place when I tried to move it. I just lifted this tote from the bottom and raised it overhead without any shoes shifting or ends flopping.

How do I contact the seller for missing pieces? I am missing the bottom panels for both storages...
