Incredible difference in less knee discomfort.

So far so good! I'm moving much better after a week!!

I have been taking this supplement for only 3 weeks. I am not sure how I feel about. I had been taking a supplement that I loved, and it worked very well for me, of course it has been removed. The search for anything that worked as well has been trying. So far with this, it takes 4 capsules daily. It's been better taking this than no supplement. I am hoping that with a bit more time it will prove to be more affective in relieving the joint pains. Capsules are not (for me) difficult to sallow, have no real taste and so far, haven't upset my stomach. I take 2 every morning and 2 in the evening (hoping to get a better rest from aches that accompany evening and sleep). Hope this helps, it's early for me to know what more this supplement may provide for relief.

This is the best glucosamine. I have been using this brand for several years and could not be more happy with the results.

Well, the tally of my purchases shows that I’m on my 17th bottle of this supplement, so obviously the Movewell brand is indeed working well for me. I do not take it for pain per se, but rather for stiffness in my knees and to reduce the popping-n-crackling sounds that used to occur when I did squats during my exercise routine. I only take two capsules a day, and Movewell has been very effective for me — from the time of my first bottle way back when all the way up to present day. I’m over 55 and do lower-body exercises basically every day (lunges, squats, curtsey moves, lateral slides, etc), and this supplement has made it possible for me to do these movements with ease. I take the capsules on an empty stomach, and I’ve experienced no stomach upset at all. I only wish this brand was less expensive.

So, at 61 years old and multiple injuries and surgeries to my left knee and leg...I hit the wall in May. Hardly able to walk any longer I went through the series of joint supplement shots, 5 to be exact. No good. With walking and attempting to continue going up and down stairs and make it through the day, I continued with severe pain, so much so that my lower back began to hurt all the time as well. Back to the doctor who told me I was bone on bone. My x-ray with a giant screw already in place from a past injury, looked awful. Bone spurs and yep, bone on bone in the joint. I was wearing a tens unit turned wide open all day long and still looked like I was dragging a broken leg and pain with every step that I took. Looking for every option I could find I ran across this wonder. I began taking them as indicated and was also given a steriod shot in the meantime...which lasted about 3 days. Still I continued taking these. At week 4, I began to notice a difference. I am now at week 6 and my pain level has gone from a very large 10 to 11 ..to almost zero. Im walking normally, my back never hurts. I have at times experienced a little pain, maybe a 1 or 2....but 99% of the time it remains zero. So glad to have found this and still ordering. I cannot promise that it will work for everyone but for me, I am very comfortable now and surgery is off the table, thankfully. I can only hope that anyone trying this gets the same results. I will echo so other comments. Take it as directed, be patient and give it time. "Time" may be different for some, I have seen other get results faster but their condition may not have been as dire as mine. It literally does work for me and I will continue taking it as long as it will provide relief. Just to walk is such a blessing. Best wishes to anyone else thinking about trying it.
