Q: Has anybody had an issue with the length? The length of 40.7" is 10 inches too long. I am 5'6" with a 34" waist.

I have a similar size but mine is a little short; but its not a problem for me since I use these to run. My only issue is that the bottom zippers sometimes scratch the skin so I usually wear long-socks!

Q: Are these appropriate for hot weather? Moisture wicking?

not great for hot weather, but saved my legs from being cut up on a bike wreck today. nice and thick. these are the best workout pants ive found. versital and stylish

Q: My son in 6'2 about 125lbs, with inseam 35" and length 44". Will a small fit him?

I know these pants run small in fit and short in length. Originally I bought my son a size medium and he is 6'1" and weighs about 180. They were tight and very short. I ended up buying him a size large even though he has never worn a large in his life.
