BROKE BUT WORTH 5 STARS
BROKE BUT WORTH 5 STARS!I put this on my hardtail mountain bike and took it on some technical trails with rock features and jumps lines. It didn’t move at all. Was super sturdy and I was impressed with its overall holding power. The problem was that I clipped a small tree with my handlebars going about 8 MPH and slid out into a large rock. At the time I just thought the mount had come loose and the impact had knocked my phone off. So I put my phone in my pocket and continued the ride. When I got home I realized the hinge side of the clamp had broken in half on impact and was just held on by the bolt side.Overall, if you have no intention of riding technical trails or jump lines or somehow do and NEVER fall, this thing paired with the Quadlock case will stay solid. If you even occasionally take a tumble, I would recommend not using a mount, or potentially the stem cap bolt version (my next option to try) to keep it further out of harms way.

Locks your phone in place, easy to use, no vibration
A bit pricey, but it works as advertised something that has fallen short with other mounts. I have tried. I use it on my E bike and super happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

great product
Recently purchased this for my mountain bike. I have a different style on my motorcycle so i figure why not get one for the bike. Hold the phone well and came with spaces to ensure a snug grip on the bars. highly recommend for those looking for a phone mount especially if you already have a quad lock case or mount on your phone.

Excellent product
Holds the phone securely and at a good angle (adjustable) to allow me to see the navigation directions during the bike ride.

A story of Amazon, the world's store, QuadLock, Australia's finest, the U.S.'s flailing mail system.
Sadly, I didn't receive this package, but I can review the product because I bought this one as a replacement for one that broke, and I'm a little bit bored. Why did it break? Because I tried to move it, but more on that later. Why did I want to replace a thing that broke? It's sort of like Apple products, once you get one you're sort of committed because they all work better together.First, the quad lock system is pretty great, but it's expensive. It's especially expensive if you have a mount for your car and 4 bicycles, plus the little metal insert for keeping your phone from falling over when it's on a table. The metal insert is very average because it stops holding up the phone eventually, but that's a different review altogether. Overall, though, I'm not complaining about the price because the system works so well. Generally.Where Quad Lock fails on the bicycle mounts is in the hardware. It's very difficult to get the mount tight enough so that it doesn't rotate magically as you're riding. In order to get it tight, you have to screw it in tightly, but it doesn't take much tightening to bore all the way through the actual mounting mechanism. If you do that, then the product is broken and useless. It's light so it won't even work as a paper weight. It's just trash. So then you have to go to the hardware store. You could ride your bike there if you knew where it was, but since you can't mount your phone yet you can't safely use the GPS. But once you get to the hardware store, it's pretty easy to find better hardware that won't shred the expensive product you just bought.Once you finally get the mount secured, you can enjoy it forever, with one caveat. You may never remove the mount from your bicycle because all your screws are stripped because you had to tighten them so much that they strip and you can't get the screw out. Then you might try to drill it out or use one of those broken screw removal kits, which never work but that's another separate review. At the end of it all though, the whole mount is trashed and you end up like me, replacing a broken piece.I will say that I've had good luck contacting Quad Lock directly. I'm not sure if they're only helpful if you buy directly from them or not. I found them on Facebook and asked a question and before I knew it they had sent me a replacement sticky for my vehicle mount. Correction, they sent me 2 stickies. It would be helpful if they sold just the part that broke, but unlike Apple selling replacement cords at the Apple store, Quad Lock doesn't have as massive a global footprint. In the end, this is an excellent product if you've got the money, you're willing to put a minimal amount of effort into it, and you want to leave it affixed in the same place without moving it around ever.

Love the Quad Lock System
Bought several, for bikes, arm band that I use regularly when hiking. When counting birds on ebird it keeps the phone real handy at all times. At first it was hard to attach the phone but then you get the hang of it. It just won't detach unless you press the lever and twist.
