this stuff saved my butt! i was dying and lost hope that i'd ever feel normal again. i was prescribed medication, but it did nothing. HemCalm worked within minutes and shrunk my hemorrhoids within a few days.

I used this product when I was pregnant and postpartum! It’s very effective and has good ingredients. A little goes a long way so it’s a great bang for your buck. The packaging is also great quality.

Not sure how much detail you need. I got hemorrhoids. They're annoying. Needed to get some new cream. Saw these. Saw that it's a natural product and decided to give it a try. You need such a tiny amount that you don't think it's going to be enough, but trust me it is if you use too much, you're going to feel like you've just slathered a baby's butt with A&D ointment. But it soothes it works. You need a tiny bit so it lasts a really long time. It doesn't smell much.

Sometimes the conventional stuff just does not do the job so you have to revisit the natural stuff available. I had this overnighted and received it about mid morning. I tried it out early this afternoon after it arrived and relief was almost instant. There was a little bit of burning on application (which was easy by the way if you find your own perfect position), but after a few seconds that went away and there was relief. I have not sat on my donut pillow at all later this afternoon and even walking around after application has brought me nothing but comfort. I love all natural herbs, tinctures, and preparations and I have always been a fan of the Boiron Brand. Now that I know this works for me, I will see if it will work for my spouse the next time he has them. Maybe a little au natural cream will give him Quicker relief than his conventional line up.

I’ve purchased this before, but this time it seems lighter than it should be (1oz/30g). When I received it, I had to squeeze the tube to get the product out (see the pic). The top portion was basically empty:(I remember the previous one was filled all the way to the top.Is the company filling less to save costs? I’m also curious if the other two I got in this package are the same or if this was just a bad one. Either way, it’d be disappointing!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Needing something like this came as a real surprise to me but I found this on line after a bit of searching and checked out the reviews so decided to try it. I don't really like salves but I do like the manufacturer. It does well on the pain and lasts quite a while
