I am a forever fan of this product. Years ago I discovered lanolin while breastfeeding and found it super moisturizing, so when I came across this product, I had to try it.If you EVER deal with chapped lips that struggle to retain moisture, this is a must try. Unlike many lip oils, glosses or balms that must be reapplied often, it’s not necessary with this product. (Though the color is so pretty you may want to!). It has a thicker texture, but is not sticky and fills in the little lines on my 40+ year old lips;) As I mentioned, the color is very flattering: natural and healthy and I am quite picky about color. A few days after use my chapped dry lips are healed and soft. I will definitely be repurchasing and trying other products within the brand.

I have always had really badly chapped lips. Every night, for the last 20 years, I put on my lips a pure lanolin product that was created for nursing women to coat their nipples. It worked wonderfully, and I would wake up to decent looking lips instead of ugly, wrinkly, cracked lips. However, I would not want to wear that during the day because it is super thick and it smells like sheep. Traditional lip balms/chapsticks were not only ineffective at moisturizing my lips, they actually left my lips in worse conditions. Of course, wearing lipsticks was completely out of the question due to the poor state of my lips.All of that changed when Haley Kim on YouTube introduced me to Lanolips. It has been 2 years since I have been wearing Lanolips in the Rhubarb color daily. My lips have never been in better shape, and I no longer have chapped lips at all now.They look healthy and well cared for!As for lip color, I actually LOVE the combination of lining/filling my lips first with Kokie Cosmetics Mechanical Lip Liner in Natural, then going in with the Rhubarb Lanolips on top. It gives the perfect nude lips but better look for me... and I love the shine too! Like the perfect lip gloss. Once in a while I would try out different lip products at Sephora for fun, but the conclusion is always to just stick with my lipliner and Lanolips in Rhubarb. Nothing else compares to the quality AND the color of this product. It's like having the BEST lipgloss that is actually GOOD for your lips.I am a LIFER with Rhubarb Lanolips. I will wear it for the rest of my life, but I hope that they will never stop making it!

Lovely little lip balm and super hydrating. The color is a little on the cool side for me (I'm a deep autumn in color analysis, which is neutral-warm toned), but it works well for my cool-toned daughter and she loves how it feels on her lips. She's been using it every day for a nice natural look.

I really like this bomb as far as it did not give me an allergic reaction which many of the lip products do and the color is nice. It’s sheer but enhances your natural color. It doesn’t feel odd on your lips-not tacky and it does seem to have some staying power. I only gave it four stars though, because of the fact that it comes in a tube, I find this as a negative because it comes out way too fast way too much product and a lot of it is wasted. If it was in a solid form it would’ve had 10 stars for me.

I've had dry lips for years and used random chapsticks that never helped, then went to Aquaphor which just comes off too easily. Got a tip from someone about lanolin and came across this. It not only lasts hours longer, I don't bite my lips as much and the tint is a perfect touch.I've had it a couple of months now and I haven't developed a tolerance or anything either. Definitely getting another for my desk at work.

This is a slightly different formula than the rose gold ointment, this one is a silkier lip balm (one of the best textures I own), but it is also a great blush if you want that sort of slightly rosy, matte, bronze-blush swipe of color in your face. Very flattering for mature skin, perfect for every day or no makeup looks ...or you can layer with other products. I prefer the Lanolips formulas to Vaseline or aquaphor as makeup-skincare hybrids, the protection is much better than in most lighter balm products - lanolin is up there with petrolatum - and these aren't goopy or heavy. Even the balm sets to a very slight level of touchable moisture, but no heaviness. It looks and feels like subtle makeup, but is more like slugging or applying skiers balm. Great for walking the dog, winter hikes, etc but it does lack SPF as so layer an SPF balm on the lips & make sure you've got a layer or 2 of sunscreen on the face.

I love the way this feels on my lips and the hydration it provides, but it is ugly as hell. Lip pencil can’t even fix it. It’s as if the color and the balm just do not want to be one it’s weirdly uneven and streaky. Looks like watered down pepto with a strange bluish undertone streaked across my lips. You can maybe get away with using just a tiny dab, but it looks like milky nail polish that needs another coat after you’ve already applied 3. I’ll use it at night, but I would not buy it again. I will however seek out the plain balm version of lanolin’s as I heard that this is the best replacement for the old Bite Agave formula. This one sure feels and works very similar for sure, it’s just too ugly on.

I absolutely love this stuff. It moisturizes your lips so well, isn't sticky, and has the lightest kiss of tint that looks good. I've been so disappointed by similar items in the past but this is great. The lanolin really moisturizes your lips.
