Have had these a long time now and are still super slick and handy for frying a quick egg or two. Highly recommend. handy and just pop in the dishwasher and they're clean and ready to go. I got two to be able to cook eggs for both me and my husband at the same time. Great purchase.

This pan is perfect for me. It’s small (5”) but works great with one egg. I think it looks very attractive and I appreciate that it is well made and balanced. I followed the directions—preheat on low before adding butter or oil (no cooking spray as it ruins the nonstick finish). I did everything exactly as directed and had perfect nonstick results. It helps that I am an experienced cook. Cooking eggs using any method can be challenging for beginners no matter what the utensil used. My little egg pan was just large enough to cover the flame on my gas stove burner. I used the lowest possible setting throughout. About midway, I covered the pan with a small square of foil to serve as a lid. This helped cook the egg just the way I like it—sunny side up. I used a small silicone spatula to nudge it onto my plate…the directions say to use nonabrasive cooking utensils as hard surfaces can damage the nonstick surface. The pan is not scratch resistant. The photos in negative reviews are a result of high heat, lack of cooking know-how, and not following the instructions. I hand wash my little egg pan and store it in its cute manufacturer’s box to protect it. I expect it to last for years. It has no odor, works as advertised and is a great value for the money. I love my little egg pan! I intend to use it to make myself a burger, mini omelette, bagel sandwich, egg muffin sandwich and more creative ways to make a mini pancake. My only regret is not buying one sooner.

I bought two because I love this pan so much. Perfect size for eggs. Never sticks. Dishwasher safe.

This is a very nice pan for cooking a single fried egg. The non-stick surface works even better than my other GreenPan frying pan, and my eggs cook very nicely. When its bottom side is done, I can shake the pan and it slides around a bit. I don't even need to use cooking oil.But I have a few quibbles. First of all, the sides of the pan are so steep that it's hard to get my spatula under the fried egg to flip it over. My spatula is very flexible, but not quite flexible enough. Second, GreenPan doesn't make a lid for it, so I need to flip the egg to finish cooking. If I turn the heat up, the bottom will start to burn before the top is ready. A lid would help keep the heat inside. The kicker is that 5-inch lids are very hard to find. And third, it's just a bit smaller than I would like. I like to put my fried egg on a piece of toast from my bread machine, and these fried eggs are much smaller than the slice of bread.All that said, I'm very impressed with the non-stick quality of the surface.

I will never use different pans. GreenPans are the best cookware. They are so easy to clean and non stick. I have the whole set and they are the only ones I will use.

Love it! Perfect single eggs and so easy to clean

I really wanted to love this pan — it looks great, but for the price, I’m not sure it’s worth it. First off, it’s tiny. Yes, it says 5", and that’s on me for not catching it, but just be aware. The bigger issue is the non-stick coating… which isn’t very non-stick. Even on low heat, eggs are sticking, which is disappointing. It does clean up easily, so there’s that. Overall, for the cost, I’d recommend looking at other options.

Great little pan for a small living spaces; works well with a dash mini based cooker. Use this at breakfast sometimes. Works well and easy to clean. Recommended.
