Q: Is this for salads or can you sauté with this oil?

Wonderful for dipping or salads and we used for sauteing as well until I read recently that EVOO shouldn't be used with heat, to use plain Olive Oil for that application. Delicious tasting olive oil; we had it at an Italian restaurant to dip bread in and had to ask the brand and order some.

Q: Is this corto's "truly" evoo? the title doesn't say truly, but the picture of the label does so just trying to confirm. thanks!
