The lapboard is currently out of stock and it will be available again in March. All preorders will be shipped by middle of March.

Does this have rubber on the bottom side

No, the bottom is flat matte plastic. The one I have has no rubber on the bottom. It's almost perfectly flat on the underside.

What is voltage on the orange usb charging port?

The orange usb charging port has a voltage of 5V and 1.5A - 2.0A (depending on your device)

how deep is the board at the middle vs. the wrist padded ends?

In the middle the board is 11 inch (28cm) and with the wrist pads it is 13 inch (33cm).
