Q: Will this work with my Rocketbook?

Yes. I recommend using wet erase on the Rocketbooks rather than the eraser on the top. Using the eraser will damage the paper overtime.

Q: Can I buy refills for the 15 pack?

You'll have to go to Pilot's independent website to order refills and order them by the color, but yes, you can order refills.

Q: The top of my pen won't click. Its as though it's on lock. Am I doing something wrong?

the top is the eraser. Click downward on the plastic clip part. Everyone gets this wrong every time I borrow my pens to someone :)
