IKEA VITTSJÖ,laptop table, black-brown, glass

It looks like this product is being sold from unwanted products. The table has some defects and is missing 34 parts. I had to try to order them from IKEA but it's taking so long and for what it's worth, I paid way too much for this. The actual price at IKEA is $59+tax and the only reason I bought it here is because they didn't have this product in stock in the city I’m in. Now I'm returning everything, gonna get my money back and since IKEA in my city has this product back in stock, I'm gonna spend on a new one that will for sure have all the parts and it won't be defective. Don't take your chances I guess, and just wait until IKEA is back in stock.

My expectations were actually exceeded, this desk is the perfect modern minimalist desk without taking up too much space. Great value.

Perfect for my taste. Minimalist. Brilliant simplicity. NOTE: I found this IKEA desk at….wait for it…IKEA! It was priced at $ 39.99. Yes, not a type-o. BUT like the old joke (since IKEA said it might not be in stock for MONTHS) I was thrilled to find it at Amazon at the near triple price. And glad to pay it. I believe it’s worth more! The old joke I referred to punchline: “When WE don’t have tomatoes they’re 5cents a pound!” So if you’re a patient soul wait a month, or two or twelve, see if IKEA doesn’t raise their price too. I’m grateful that Amazon could give me immediate gratification AND delivery at a reasonable (if not stunning) price. Bravo! Amazon rocks the Casbah. IKEA has gems (sometimes guarded by monsters and inaccessible.).

Easy assembly. Nothing missing. Great communication with seller when I had a question. Minimalist, simple, and sleek in style look. Small enough for our sitting room.Fast shipping. Packaged well. This IKEA desk has been out of stock for quite some time and I couldn't wait any longer. IKEA couldn't give me restock dates. Price is a match considering IKEA home shipping rate of $176.00!

You have to drill your own holes for the shelf portion which was a major buzz kill. Ugh.The desk is PERFECT for students with small spaces. Since it has a glass top it's almost as if it doesn't take up space at all. Works great in front of a low window ledge without sacrificing light.I really like this desk. I wish it was a little bit deeper as I like to sprawl out. But I won't subject my weird quirks towards the quality of the product.Nice leg room, stable, easy to assemble, etc.

very easy to assemble. narrow and the design leaves it looking as if its not taking up any space! Its also very sturdy. My cat leaps on and off it all the time and knocks everything over repeatedly- the glass has yet to stain or scratch. The box is extremely heavy, but once assembled the desk is very easy to move. I highly recommend buying via amazon rather than IKEA website because IKEA charges twice as much and adds $100 just for shipping. I was able to buy it BRAND NEW here, came in an IKEA box and packaging, unopened, and the shipping was free because I bought it through Amazon PRIME. Win-win!!
