~ Product our concrete installer used ~
We had a stamped and colored concrete driveway and patio installed on our new home18 months ago. I liked how this product looked after our installer used it on both areas. Has a wet look that I like which brings out the color and makes the concrete look richer, not flat.I took a photo of the 5 gallon bucket of product that he used so we could do it ourselves when needed. Happy to find it on Amazon!! We probably could have waited another year to apply it but I had my husband do it this summer anyway.Very easy to apply and the product went a long way. Hoping it lasts 24 months before needing another application.

Clear coat
This is an ok clear coat. Being water based it was very low order. But not a super glass looking finish.

Great, easy to use product - zero support from manufacturer
I had some questions on the best way to apply this in MY situation after acid staining the concrete - it turned out awesome (caramel color) and I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to ruin it with lap marks from a roller, etc. I emailed, called, left voicemails, etc. and ZERO response from the company. Turned to YouTube and watched a few videos from others and I ended up just spraying this down with a low pressure hand pump sprayer and it turned out very nice after 3 light coats and not rolling it. It turned out pretty well. I do have a few little mistakes from my acid staining, but I'm ok with them, so I sealed it up. Anyway, I feel like this is a pretty good product, just wish the company was a little more responsive to questions.

Probably could have found better
I used this product because I used their acid stain. I liked the color my patio looked with a light misting of water which is how I was told the color would look once I applied the sealer. I used the super seal 2000 so it was supposed to have a wet gloss look. Well after I applied the first coat I was immediately regretted my decision it was not darkening the color of the stain up at all and had a white hazy appearance and very little shine . It was about 73 degrees out when I applied it and the patio had been cleaned the weekend before so I know it was good and dry. So 24hrs later I applied a second coat 80 degrees that day. I rolled mine on so the second coat was applied the opposite direction. It did fix the white hazy patches when I applied the second coat but it is now 24hrs later and when I walk on it barefoot it feels sticky. I hope that it is just needing more drying time. But if you are looking for a true gloss wet look finish this isn’t it.

Used on My Interior Concrete Floor - Big Mistake! Scuffs Easily.
Scuffs Easily. The same properties that make a product a good sealant for porous and/or outdoor concrete, subject to contraction/expansion, are the same properties that make this lousy for indoor use. I used it on my interior concrete floor, which is the stain-finished concrete slurry (on a concrete slab) that you see in restaurants, after having trouble finding a more of what I used to use from the professional (non-retail) market. Its elasticity and/or relative softness makes it extremely prone to scuffing, sensitive to just about anything that moves on it with friction; e.g., vacuum cleaner wheels, sneakers, hard shoes, etc. Within a month, my floor looked terrible. Unfortunately once down, always down with this kind of floor and product. In addition, it does leave a very slight opaqueness (not too, too bad though). I attempted another coat, being too optimistic; no help; within a week - terrible. I fortunately found another product that I applied over it 3 months later; not an instant fix, but I anticipate after an additional coat (much later) or two, my floor will gradually recover its full resilience and shine.Easy to Apply. Yes. I do have experience with various floor finishes, mostly for wood floor products, but I know how to apply finish well. This stuff is good for working with a wet edge. I used "drag bar", cylinder sleeve-type by BonaX; new sleeve each coat.No smell issue at all! The product does NOT smell bad or too strong during application, which a few other reviewers complained about. Odor is no more than a strong scented castile soap or a wet litter box), but it is all too brief. Upon drying, it's odorless (of course)! What I observed is that this product dries to touch within 1 hour, to stocking feet in 2 hours, to normal use in a day, and I'd say fully cured/hardened in 2 days. It's water-born, what more could you demand? Not so Glossy. It is hard to define degrees of glossiness. I would not put it in the gleaming or glaring, category. I actually prefer less than glaring - but, the scuffing is intolerable - no matter how glossy it starts, it isn't after use.My guess is that this is probably a good product for outdoor decorative or more porous surfaces, but has no place in the home where lighting picks up every scuff (depending upon the time of day). Don't be fooled by pictures. You can take a picture from the right lighting angle of almost any floor and even extensive scuffing can be indiscernible. Since I have leftover material, I will try it on my garage floor, which is untreated, smooth concrete.

Great product
used small weed pump sprayer, light coat, used paint roller on a broom handle to spread and lay down, has a med wet look, probably would have more gloss if I used more, my area coverage was 10 x 50 stamped concrete. looks real good, would recommend.

Shiny seal
I used 2 coats rolled in with a paint roller letting it dry between applications- came out great.

This product ruined my beautiful floor
Unfortunately this product didn’t work. It was supposed to give my brown and black acid stained concrete floors a seal high shine wet look. It is the exact opposite. It’s dull and a cloudy film that now covers the acid stain marble look. I worked so hard on these floors and at the last step it gets ruined. I followed all instructions. I read other reviews and saw pictures of other floors that came out beautiful. So I bought this product. Not mine. Now have to figure out what to do.
