Completly Worth It!!!!!!
I have been using an Eastwood Dual Voltage gun for 2 years and within 2 minutes this machine blew it out of the water. I never knew what I was missing until I shot a piece with this gun. I will say this...The instructions are trash, completely worthless. On the other hand if you don't know how to do a Google search and find things in 2020 then you may not deserve to have a machine like this. Back to the machine. I can't believe I was actually selling my parts with the EWDV. I'm really too excited to continue to write this review. Just get the damn thing. You wont find a better unit and honestly I didn't even use a proper ground. lol

This machine works pretty good. It helps so much and the final painting quality is like a professional. The only issue is that the machine's user manual is so poor. There is not an descriptive installation manual, so I had to find pictures in internet how to make the connections. Neither has a tutorial or a troubleshooting in case of problems with the powder coating application.

Came fast and the electrostatic controls work great but it is plumbed up wrong.
This came faster than expected. The first coat laid down did fairly well but I noticed I could not get enough air to the tank to carry powder without it blowing powder off the part. I thought it was just all in settings so started adjusting the rinsing air the bubbler and the cloud air. Nothing changed on any gauges except the main powder gauge. I opened the panel to find out if I was getting pressure and realized everything was hosed in line with that powder regulator and gauge. The hoses are hooked up backwards for the rinsing air and the line going to the tank. The center regulator does not work at all. Swapped it with the rinsing air regulator and was able to adjust it but once again with it all hosed together you cannot get enough pressure to the other regulators and gauges without blowing way too much pressure back to the tank. I guess I got what I paid for but this system is not a plug and play system. If you know your fair share about air electrical and powder coating it can be made to work but the way it comes out of the box is not going to work. I spent a whole day messing with it and researching it but the instructions are garbage. The unit I got was Vevor instead of Morphon. Same exact machine but branding is different which is common with these China specials. I will make it work but it’s no where near an industrial gun like a Gema. Just in full disclosure the voltage and Ua controls work nicely but the air set up is garbage. Wish they would send me a new regulator but I’m not taking it back apart and sending it back for a new regulator. I will try to make it work and if I can’t get it I’ll just pull the control board out and use it on another machine. A 10th of the price to name brand machines but it’s easy to see why.

So nice I've bought it thrice
I first bought one of these machines when we went to powder coating vs spray painting. Huge upgrade in quality of product and time. Fast forward years later, my original machine finally bit the dust, luckily I had already purchased a second machine to be able to run two colors at the same time. And I bought a third top replace the down machine. Still trying to diagnose whats wrong. The biggest downside I've found is finding replacement parts for the gun. We switched to the literally in the ground ground that we used to use on the plasma table and it has great charge. You do need to play with the air settings to not have the gust of powder. I lower it for the small cannister and raise it for the large one. All in all, these machine have been an indispensable part of our business that countless hours on them and have proformed like a champ.

Never Worked for Me
Could never get this thing to work right, don't know if our unit was defective. Had a habit of running great for 1-2 minutes and then would blow giant amounts of powder. Made sure powder was dry and sifted. Endlessly played with pressures and routing, wasted $200+ in powder trying to get machine to run right. Bought based on others reviews, makes me think we got a lemon, returned and bought a redline ez50 which ran perfect straight out of the box.

Be careful of your air setting
Ok bought this work ok then went to dumping powder with no control ok first thing set main pressure no higher than fifty the powder pressure needs to be higher than air bubbler and air cleaning needs to be a hair higher than powder or you will back flow into reg then lose control I replaced reg and bought better ones now fine tuning is a dream. So recap set main I run about 40 psi my powder set at 4-5 psi air clean set to around 7-15 air bubbler set at 3 keep in these Mind if you set air cleaner way higher than powder it back flow same as air bubbler then once powder gets in air reg then the fun starts other than that for what you get this thing does the trick I also run the Eastwood 2lb hopper now for big panels this thing a hog and goes I love this thing do homework there no instructions that make sense if you handy and can figure things out this is for you if not then buy a name brand
