Sealed . Air tight 1.0 -1.2 cu ft . Per sub . Stuff loosely with 30% poly fill. 1” MDF or more front baffle is also recommended .

Q: How much airspace is needed for these subs?

Approximately 1.0 to 1.2 cu ft NET. This is for a sealed enclosure . ( recommended) . These subs produce accurate bass response .

Q: What amp is specifically recommended?

Any amp or bridged amp setup that gives it 2,000 watts rms @ 1 Ohm and it will SLAM! I have mine in a custom box set at 38 hz because it’s a large box, the sub is recommended at 40 hz

Q: Whats the weight of the speaker?

Roughly 55 lbs. it’s the most solid subwoofer I have personally had my hands on and I’ve done some 10,000watt rms builds

I've had a pair of almost every brand subs but these right here are the best I ever had, best I ever heard and they haven't even broke in yet! I was skeptical at 1st but best gamble I ever made. Make sure you get the 4ks with the right amount of power and air space and your in action

Hits like a freight train!

Totally over built to the extreme! If you like to go fast then these babys arnt for you...nearly 80 lbs. Talk about alot of weight to try to hold onto when doing custom work. Beyond pleased with the subs.

This thing feels like a beast

Well I just got this in mail today I haven't hooked it up yet but it feels solid it weighs like 50lbs and nice big fat surround and just a monster looking subwoofer I'll update my review after I install

Wham good

Wham and drop pretty good. Got two of the 2 ohm dvc. Each sub on its own hifonics 2000 watt amp. It’s loud but always looking for louder.
