Would this work with both oil and water based poly?

From the product description on Amazon: "Soft brush tips provide a smooth and even finish with all latex and oil-based paints". So, yes, this brush will work with both oil and water based poly. You clean it with soap and water, then rinse with water if you use water based poly, and you clean it with some sort of oil solvent (such as mineral spirits) if you use oil based poly.

Is this paintbrush made in China?

When I purchased this paintbrush on Amazon in 2019, it was made in USA. It was very well-made, none of the bristles fell off.

Can this brush be used for bob ross wet on wet technique with good results?

You can try it. I mean Bob's technic's are about exploring what you can do with different types of brushes. So why not. It's a medium soft brush.

Will these work well with acrylic paint?
