Perfect size and price. The blade quality is great.
This is a great paring knife with a thin, sharp, easily maneuverable blade. It resharpens quickly.

Not elegant looking, but a workhorse of a knife!
This little paring knife was one of the highest rated by America's Test Kitchen, and it was easy to see why. Very sharp and the blade has good flexibility for cutting fruits and vegetables. I would recommend this knife to anyone. It may not be the most elegant looking knife in your collection but it gets the job done well.

Very good brand
I have Victorinox knives and really like them. This paring knife is nice and sharp. I wish the handle were sturdier.

Great quality, cheap price and PINK! Yahoo!
I got this on the ATK recommendation and I’m glad I did. It’s a great little paring knife, working well. I especially like that it’s a little longer than some - when I need to pierce an onion or cherry tomato in a hot pan I don’t have to worry as much about splatter. And it’s PINK! That doesn’t really matter. Cooking is work and I want the best tool. But if the best tool happens to be PINK…Yay.Also, it’a cheap. Woot!I recommend it, for sure. I’d give it six stars.

BUY IT! Great little knife
So, my poor 50 year old paring knife finally bit the dust. I used it every day.. it was the perfect size and weight and balance for my hand. My son took a chance and after he spent time researching paring knives both expensive and inexpensive.. bought me 3 knives. 2 of them are HENCKELS, which are very nice but this is my go to favorite. Once I got used to it being so lightweight, it’s comfortable and easy to use and sharp. You can slice super thin slices of onion easily, you can pare and apple easily, whether your slicing using a cutting board or paring potatoes or apples in the hand.. this little knife works very well. Looks like a little cheapie but it’s pretty powerful. Granted I’ve only been using it a month and a half so I don’t know how long it will keep its edge but I liked it so much I bought one for my best friend.

The classic knife I've always liked. Sharp and cuts through anything I ask.
