Q: When i want to pay for the item it says "sorry, this item can't be sent to your selected address" i tried another uk address, same thing happened??

Same issue for me, reported to Amazon and they were unable to assist. Complete waste of time. @Amazon, why list an item on the UK site which users are unable to purchase and have delivered in the UK!

no it doesn't have a countdown timer. I do not know of any watches that have an analogue countdown timer. This feature is usually only available in digital watches.

Q: Does the watch have Timex's 'indiglo' light? (A friend says all Timex watches come with inbuilt 'indiglo' light.)

Yes it does this is the second one in about 10yrs as I cracked the Glass but it still works. Keep it as a spare. Great Watch.
