These will definitely stop you!!
Great quality shoes and pads. I fitted these to my Trek hybrid bike, fitted with V brakes, and they are super-efficient. Very impressed with their performance, and great value, too.

Great quality & long lasting
I have bought these break blocks twice now. I'm a 14 stone 5'10" chap cycling a 20 mile round trip commute 2-3 days a week with a fairly heavy back pack on a 18kg e-bike during the summer months (early May to early September) with a few steep hills along the way and a set of these blocks on the fromt and back wheels (700c) will last me the whole summer. As they wear the v brakes/callipers will need adjusting to keep them breaking properly, but that is simple to do and will always be expected with this type of set up.Very durable, simple and easy to fit, much bette than cheaper brands - well worth the money, just great. Also very good supplier with prompt delivery.

Perform well in the wet and easy to install.
Clarks brakes have always been a good choice for bike breaks as they are typically inexpensive and perform well. Got these as a replacement to some old worn ones and replaced in minutes. They worked well in the wet which is a place this style of brake usually performs poorly in, can be a bit squeaky at first but goes away over time.

Stops on a dime! 🪙
Any fool can ride fast but when stopping matters choose Clarkes. ⛔️Reasonable value, near silent, quick install, size fits most hybrid bikes. Dual compound polymer assures firm braking combined with durability. Accurate clamping with evenly distributed force across opposite rims.

Good grief, what a difference!
Got these to replace the aging set on my girlfriend's B-TWIN hybrid cycle. They proved easy to fit, despite being everyso slightly longer than the existing set, and the braking difference is like night and day! I was expecting a slight improvement over the OEM parts but honestly the braking is now like hitting a brick wall, and they're also excellent in the wet too, being very progressive and un-"grabby" ... want a gentle slow to a stop to let a crocodile of nuns cross the village green? No bother! Need to hammer on the anchors as some numpty has just wandered across the road, oblivious to everything because they're staring at their phone? Also no problem at all! It's a great relief to me (coz I worry about her out on the roads in all weathers) to know she's got the very best stopping power at her fingertips. Very good product and good value for money too ... there may be cheaper solutions but I bet there are none this good at this price. 10/10! Also super-fast delivery by Prime - came the next day, which was important in this case as she hadn't told me the existing brakes were so poor but as soon as I noticed how low the brake blocks were I want to get these fitted ASAP, and Prime made that possible. Thanks Amazon!

Hummm Clarkes could do better
Yes they are cheap and do the job but seriously a steel securing nut on an alumium post?I stripped the thread on one brake block and had to do some serious fettling to get the block secured. The securing nut basically grabs the last 3 threads and if you strip those you have to get rid of the slim washers behind the spacers. And this was using a 5mm allen key finger tightening so the threads are really fragile.Using aluminium for the posts is really a bad idea.
