Does this bench adjust to different positions?

No it doesn't... Just stays flat

are there any other similar products that are more cost efficient? $225 for a flat bench seems like a lot...

At the moment we don't have a similar item, but as you are pulling on multi-directional cords, and you aren’t lifting linearly like with a bar... you can change the direction of the pull angle for upper, mid, and bottom chest workouts, all while laying flat on the bench, or sitting up. Why did maxpro get rid of the adjustable backrest option from its original bench design on shark tank? when will maxpro have that version for sale?
