Can it remove drops of cement in the car?

Cannot guarantee, but you can spray it, leave for 10min and jet wash possibly will loosen them up.

How many uses do you get out of it?

I used about 4 times but first time the wheels were cakes and did inside and out as took wheels off

Can this be used as insect remover?

You have to use a different product for that and this is a different stage of washing. I use an insect remover in pre-wash stage instead of iron remover which I used in final stage. The iron remover is supposed to dissolve the embedded iron particles from your paint, that's why you'll see after you spray it all over it will turn in purple.

Does this stuff remove stubburn brake dust from car front brake callipers?. Please help....

Yeah within reason. I had some super stubborn stuff that a where a previous owner had let some wheel cleaner dry out and it took a few applications to get rid of that. For “normal”‘baked on brake dust it works a treat through.
