Danz N Motion Cheerleading and Dance Knee Pads - Shock Absorbing Knee Protection

I ordered these knee pads on Amazon Prime with the understanding that when you order through Amazon Prime and pay for Amazon Prime, you will be able to return Amazon Prime items that do not fit their description. I ordered these knee pads for dance/stretching/cheerleading because that is what they are listed for, and they are described as having knee padding that protects your knees. I ordered them based on their description as being knee pads for cheerleading and dance. I’ve just received them and tried one on, kneeled on it and it feels like concrete. This “padding” is not padded or soft at all. No worries, I thought I’d just initiate the return that me paying for Amazon Prime allows me, only to find out that this Amazon Prime item is not eligible for return, even though I checked the return policy before ordering to make sure it was eligible for return.So before you order just be aware that a) they do not have soft padding/cushioning, they “padding” is very hard, and b) you will not be able to return them if they do not work for you even though they are Amazon Prime. I don’t know if I’ve ever even written a review on something before but I think Amazon are changing their policies with returns, etc. so I wanted to give everyone a heads up before you order

I ordered these for my college modern dance class because I kept getting bruises on my knees from the floor rolls. I'm 5'5 and 120 pounds and I was worried about the reviews saying they ran small so I ordered a large. They fit perfectly, not too tight, not too loose, and they are not too bulky for a dance class. The pad is very flexible, but provides a great amount of protection; great price too!

These knee pads are great! I have a dance routine that includes sliding on our knees and thought I would never survive it until I got these. No more bruises! They slide on easy and they are just a bit big even for a big boned think girl like myself, but they grip well and do not cut off my circulation. The padding wraps around more then half of my knee, and the pad does not move when I Move so my knees stay safe and painfree for the entire performance.Recommend this to a friend? I bought these knee pads to get myself through a season of winter guard. I bruise incredibly easily and these protected my knees from all the floor work.Pros:-Very thick padding that covers a lot of the knee-Good quality for the price-I was able to wash mine along with my dance tights just fineCons:-VERY sweaty-A bit of uncomfortable bunching behind the knee-The padding wore very thin on the areas that made most contact with the groundConclusion:I'd definitely recommend these if you're looking for something cheap to get you through a single season. Even though they could get a bit uncomfortable at times, they definitely protected my knees and that's what was most important.

I really love these but they are just a bit tight. I'm hoping they will stretch a little the more I use them. They dfinitely do their job. My knees didn't hurt at all after using them for pole and floor work practice. I'm 5'4" and weigh about 125. I ordered a medium in the black.

I bought several different knee pads for dance. These were the only ones that worked because they have a wide padded area. The others had small circular pads that slid out of the way and needed to be constantly adjusted. So I highly recommend these. However, the padding is already wearing thin after 10-15 uses. Still the best of the ones I bought but I wish the padding was a bit thicker.

Pro: The color of these matches my skin well. Con: I have another pair of ACE brand knee pads that were under $10 and I have used them for at least 5 years. The paddings in the ACE kneepads are still thick and in place. These amazon "Cheerleading and Dance Knee Pads" paddings have gone thin and flat in several areas and no longer protect my knees adequately. I would say I have used them lightly, only in dance studios for dance purposes. I would rather have another pair of Ace kneepads because these are now not usable and I feel wasteful having to throw them out.

Bought these back in June and now I’m back on the market for some new pads.. they were very good while they lasted but I danced in them about 3-5 times a week (maybe) and they’re no longer cushioned .. it was good while they lasted but they are super done! There’s no pain like being on bare wood with knee pads that don’t have anymore cushion in them... Won’t repurchase.. too expensive for our short time together ..

Everyone in my dance class is comparing about their NIKE knee pads and how dirty they get over time. These knee pads have never been a problem!! You do need to pull them up every now and again though.

The padding is great but they were bulkier than I was expecting. They also dig in a bit behind the knee.
