Hi. The wiring harness is not included, you can use the original wiring. The package includes a pair of fog lights only (left and right side), plug n play.

Are HIDs ok in these?

There doesn't appear to be, can't find replacements for this unit, maybe can't take the heat?? Look for another opinion, just cause I can't find it doesn't mean it's not out there. Does seem that I've seen one out there, may have to replace the whole unit.
