First heard about this product from a friend, 15 years ago. I take them when I begin to feel the first signs of an oncoming cold — the funny mouth taste, sneezing, scratchy throat. I believe the Wellness helps knock the cold down from a week-plus to 3-5 days, BUT the trick is to start taking them as soon as you think you're coming down with something.What I don't like: the smell and the taste! Lordy! But, I can't deny the positive side of taking Wellness.

Anytime I'm feeling run down or like a cold is on the horizon, I take the recommended dose of 3. Just make sure to eat a meal first, as they seem harsh on the stomach if not taken with a meal. I prefer the tablets, as even though they're huge, I just "think" they work better than the capsules. I don't have issues with swallowing large pills, some may not care for the strong smell/taste and how large these caplets are. At the first sign of a "tickle" in my throat, I will take these after dinner, and oddly, I seem to sleep better that night. I will then keep taking them for a couple more days, sometimes after lunch, then dinner, as it's recommended to take two doses if you're not feeling so great. I highly recommend these, as they were introduced to me by a former co-worker years ago, and they seem to keep "ailments" at bay, or at least from becoming a full on cold or flu.

I’ve bought wellness formula for about a year if not more. This is the first time I get pills like this. I have been taking them out of need but they have a bad after test unlike original formula.

I've been using Wellness formula for years. Prone to colds and sinus infections if I take the number of pills suggested, either the illness doesn't manifest at all or I get over it much quicker. Make sure though that you read the ingredients to make sure you aren't allergic to any of the natural herbs that are in it.

The flavor of this pill almost prevents me from taking it each time. However, since it is the most effective method fending off colds and other maladies, I bear the taste of it.I do wish the size was perhaps 1/3 smaller, but you can get it in capsule or liquid form if you can't swallow these.Since I started using Wellness Formula I hardly ever get sick past the very first warning signs. I keep a bottle in the house and one in my car. At the first hint of anything amiss, I pop a couple of these for a few days. Problem solved.

I've been taking Wellness formula for literally years & this is my first time ordering it online. Pictures will show anyone who's been taking this, something major is wrong here. The label is completely wrong & the ingredients listing is minus 6+ herbs that make this product stand out from all others. I've contacted the manufacturer about this & compared their label & this one as well. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Even milligrams are off! Huge disappointment & will not tred online unless through Source Naturals. Period.

These work extremely well at shortening the duration of a cold and as a preventative when you are starting to feel the symptoms.The pills are large and for some might take getting used to when swallowing. They also sell capsules which are smaller or drops.
