I trust the brand name.
I like the small size. Everything (two batteries, charger, drill driver and impact driver) fit nicely in the bag that came with it. For their size, they have plenty of power to do the job. The body is made of plastic which might be a concern if used commercially. I use them at home which they should last hopefully for many years. The batteries were charged fast and you can check its level easily. I am happy with my purchase. I bough it at a good price.

You can't go wrong with milwaukee
I use it almost every day at work. Batteries charge fast. Nice having both tools together. I like to drill and then screw. The bag is big enough for all the accessories that you need plus I have a light in there.

It’s a drill and impact driver and it’s Milwaukee. Professionals use the brand for a reason. Nuff said…

Great!
I didn't know how to use them well but my brother was amazed at the price and quality.

Slippery hand-tightened chuck, otherwise great.
I really like how compact and powerful these drivers are, and I've been considering moving from Ryobi to Milwaukee for a while, but I was really disappointed by how difficult it is to tighten/loosen the chuck on the drill compared to other brands. This is especially important for anyone with less grip strength or who suffers from arthritis.
