Q: Is it good for cutting fruits like pineapple, watermelon? Is it really not suitable for that as said in one of the reviews?

No. If you try to cut big fruit it will not go straight. It gors from middle of the fruit to the side. I csnt even cut papaya straight. It is good onlh for small fruits and tomatoes.

Not at all. Not required to sharpen it even after using it for more than 2 years. One of the best knives.

There's no need to sharpen this knife. I have been using it for more than 4 years if not more. One of the best purchases I made on Amazon.
