Read this book
This book is brilliant. I read it 9 years ago with my daughter and have suggested it to everyone since. I bought a copy specifically to lend out! If you read any baby book make it this one, baby led weaning, in my experience, is the best.

Really informative, easy read
Really informative, answered all my questions and got me really excited to start weaning my baby! Will be keeping a hold of it to refer to during the weaning process, and will also lend out to family members who aren't sure of baby led!

Book in great conditionStuck to doing spoon feeding which this author slags off completelyMy 5yr old was spoon fed and is a healthy non fussy eater along with alot of her friends I know. Baby led weaning has its negatives too

Very useful book
This is a great book, it explained everything, I read other reviews before buying this. They we’re right, I would definitely recommend this book.

Must have if starting babyled weaning
I was unsure of what to expect from blw but this book explains it perfectly. It gave me confidence to do babyled weaning

Simply written with enormous dataUnfortunately, my baby had sensitive gag reflex so could not follow this approach

Not very easy to read :(
i stopper reading it a few pages from the start ... unfortunately my toddler spilled a few drops of juice on the cover so couldn't return it.
