This cutting board is perfect. It's lightweight, grips to the counter, has a juice groove, no micro plastics, maintenance free, looks nice and dishwasher safe. I really enjoy using this cutting board daily and has made the cooking process more enjoyable. Not a bad thing I can say about this piece.

Best overall cutting board I’ve used. Nonslip feet are great, runs through the dishwasher without issue, and holds up under extended use. Definitely worth the extra money over the Made in China versions I’ve had in the past.

Really great contemporary design. Incredibly lightweight. Dishwasher safe, love the anti-slide feet on the bottom. Holds up well. And I love the liquid reservoir cut out. Really well done. Would buy another one in the future for sure.!

I have purchased two cutting boards from Epicurean. First the 11.5-Inch × 9-Inch, Natural and have been using it no problem so I then invested in the larger one with Non-Slip Feet and Juice Groove, 14.5" × 11.25", Natural/Black. After removing the sticker and giving its first wash the chemical smell was pretty strong enough that I kept sniffing around trying to find it and sure enough it was the cutting board. With that amount of chemical smell (guessing Formaldehyde after re-reading more reviews) I can not imagine cutting and ingesting food from it. A quick Google search shows Formaldehyde as a known human carcinogen. Why? Why? Why sell this to humans for use with food that they plan to directly ingest?I had to immediately return! and now I am considering returning the other one that did not have a noticable smell.But if you are not at all concerned with chemicals entering your body - it's a decent lightweight cutting board that is not plastic and harmful for the environment however, potentially harmful to your body.

I couldn’t be happier with the **Epicurean All-in-One Cutting Board**! It’s the perfect combination of functionality and durability.The material is sturdy yet lightweight, making it easy to handle and store. It doesn’t dull my knives, which is a huge plus compared to some of the plastic (unsafe) boards I’ve used in the past. I also love that it’s dishwasher-safe, making cleanup incredibly convenient.The non-slip corners keep the board securely in place, even when I’m chopping larger items like watermelon or carving meats. The juice groove is another thoughtful feature—it does a fantastic job of catching any liquid, keeping my countertops clean.Knowing it’s made from sustainable materials is the cherry on top—it feels good to support an eco-friendly product.

I replaced my aging plastic OXO boards primarily due to concerns over microplastic shedding. I was initially hesitant about compressed fiber options, but after seeing friends’ Epicurean boards hold up long-term, I made the switch—and it’s been a worthwhile upgrade.Performance & Durability:- Cutting feels similar to working on slate or butcher block. Knife marks appear early, but blade sharpness holds up better than on hard surfaces.- Although marketed as dishwasher-safe, I hand wash (hot water, soap, sponge) to prolong life. Drying takes about twice as long as plastic but does not impact quality, even after full saturation.- Lightweight and significantly thinner than OXO plastic boards, yet remains highly stable thanks to rubber feet. Both sides are fully usable.-True to measured size (and range of sizes is excellent for varied kitchen use).Care & Maintenance:- Some minor off-gassing out of the box—gone within 1–2 days after a rinse.- Requires board butter every 3 months to maintain surface integrity.- Life expectancy is 2–3 years of heavy use, potentially up to 5 years with lighter workloads.Appearance:- Desirable look to the kitchen set, and can be a cutting board as much as a serving board.Minor Issues:- My board arrived with a surface cut. Cosmetic damage is inevitable over time, so not a major concern.Verdict:Highly recommended despite the higher upfront cost. Protects knife edges, avoids microplastic contamination, and offers a lighter, more sustainable alternative to plastic or heavy boards.

I bought it because the reviews were good. It doesn't look like wood or plastic, but it's thin and light, so it's great without leaving knife marks. If you're planning on changing your cutting board, I highly recommend it. I'm planning on buying it in other sizes too.

Having to replace my previous board from this manufacturer (which I did love!), I decided to try the Epicurean All-in-One, and I'm so glad I did. The reversible design with the juice groove is just as handy as I remember, and the non-slip feet are a welcome improvement for stability. Knowing it's the same reliable, knife-safe, and dishwasher-friendly quality I expect from them makes this an easy recommendation. It feels like a familiar favorite, just even better.
