Have to appreciate ugaoo for wonderful packaging, it shows how much you guys want the plants to reach the destination safe in healthy living condition.. It's sad that delivery people aren't reading the captions provided on the top of the packages.. when it says to keep this side up they delivered it upside down.. so I would say it's not the ugaoo people's fault that your plants have reached damaged.. it's bcz of the improper transit handling.. may be they should write the captions in different languages. Anyways thankfully all my plants have reached safe without alot of damage.. hope all of them would survive and recover from the travel shock.. otherwise they look good..jade was little too much harmed though...thank you ugaoo for the lively plants.

Bad quality
Not have as much leaf as mentioned in photo. Got in week condition. Having doubt it will survive or not.

I like the product the way you packed in a very productive manner but that product is not worth for cost wise.. at least provide a medium size plant .. it's too small that makes me upset .. however over all the plant is ok

Although the package was damaged and only one pot was damaged. The rest of the plants were fine. Considering sending these plants during summer, it came in pretty good shape. Moreover I got a good deal. Advice on how to take care of these till they stabilise in a new place would have been helpful.

Amazing Product, Packaging and Delivery
I must have opened 100s of packages, but never have i felt so contempted, Satisfied and Happy opening a package. I was kinda worried about the health of the plants after being in transit for long, But the moment i opened, i was overwhelmed with joy to see perferctly healthy plant. What an amazing job Ugaoo and equally fantastic job by Amazon for delivering it as fast as they can amid this lockdown. Special Note to Ugaoo for delivering such wonderful product.
