I've used this product for over 30 years. You HAVE to apply it correctly. After you moisturize and put foundation on, you must clean your lips thoroughly. It won't stay on if your lips if you already have some kind of moisture on them. Use a complimentary colored lip outliner, THEN apply the 24 hour lip color. You MUST let it completely dry before you apply the gloss. After you apply the gloss you're ready to go. I have worn this all day, through meals, gatherings, work and formal events. When I put it on, it stays on. The trick is proper application. I use Vaseline to take it off at night. If I don't, it will be there when I wake up. Not as bright or glossy, but the color will last through the night. It's crazy impressive.

Great formula, long lasing, and when you use both sides it's really moisturizing as well. The smell is faint and pleasant. It doesn't smudge, it's easy to apply with the applicator and it has an amazing color range. The price is great so you don't break the bank by purchasing more than one color.I love love love this lipstick and I'm really particular!

Fast shipping! This lipstick impressed me from the moment I applied it. I let it dry for maybe 15 seconds & it literally did not transfer. I wore it for about 4 hours without reapplying. I only reapplied it after eating & drinking lunch. Then it stayed on again for the rest of the day. I’m sold!

These are great. The color stays well and the chap stick side truly moisturizes and adds a nice shine. Infinite petal is the perfect bridal medium cool-toned pink. I’m taking off one star because the swatches shown in the listing from the brand are just horrendous. Not even close. I had to buy multiple shades before I found what I was looking for. Here are the colors in this order: so pearly pink, infinite petal, perpetual plum, and frosted mauve. The first three have shimmer, last one doesn’t.

Yes to this item. It has great stay power. I especially loved the application process. Moisturizing. Ratify color for my skin tone which is on the paler side since I’m not allowed real sun rays without 100% spf.

At first, I wasn't impressed. The name of this is Maybelline Super Stay 24. Maybe I'm dumb, but I presumed the "24" meant the lipstick lasted 24 hours. It so does not.But take out that "24". What you're left with is an easy to apply liquid lipstick. Wait a few minutes, and apply the built-in gloss for a superlative shine. This color will stay with you while you drink your breakfast coffee. Depending on what you have for lunch, the color may fade, but mostly on the lower lip. After lunch, brush your teeth (do NOT remove the lipstick), reapply the color, wait a few, then reapply the gloss. This stuff will last until the end of the work day and possibly even beyond.i find several things impressive about this lipstick: the number of colors, both matte and shimmer; the built-in gloss; the fact that the color is relatively "thin" so you don't have to take time to fully remove if you don't have to--just layer the color, wait a minute, apply the gloss and go. My favorite lip colors are the deep, dark reds, so my favorite one here is Optic Ruby. I have one in my bathroom and in my handbag. And the price is reasonable.In my opinion, Maybelline does a fine job of lipsticks. The closest rival to Super Stay 24 is Maybelline Matte Ink (Exhilarator and Voyager for the dark reds). I wore those colors for years before I retired because the color really did stay on forever, even through lunch. The only problem was my lips would sometimes become dry, and if I tried any kind of gloss, the lipstick would smear.So at this point in my life, this lippie is my favorite. Hope this helps. Thanks.

It does need time to dry, especially around the edges (maybe because I used lip liner?). Once dried, I put on the gloss, and did last a long time and wasn't drying or sticky.Nothing came off through my morning coffee and up to lunch. I wasn't a fan of the color (timeless rose-too brown for me), so tried to wipe it off which was difficult to do, and that's when it came off on everything. I think I wiped off the dried layer but it did take a while to come completely off though.But I don't know if I'd try it again in another color, I like other super stay products more.

Goes on smooth and color lasts for hours. I wouldn’t say it lasts 24 hours, but a solid 12 is an easy bet. Doesn’t really smell. Dryness relieved by gloss end of lipstick.
