Nice faucet however could not use it because it's only cold water Would love to return it however time was of essence kitchen wasn't ready until now

This is the second Kraus faucet we've installed. Not that the first one was broken. We sold that house and bought a new one. One of my first purchases in our new house was this faucet.We cook a lot and having worked in the restaurant industry with a wife that lives decorating, we're picky for different reasons.This faucet meets both of our high standards.

This is the second purchase for this item we liked the first one so much. Beautifully made, works flawlessly, and very elegant. Our second unit had a problem, but the customer service team fixed it immediately. Kraus clearly stands behind its products.

My fridge took 45 seconds to fill my bottle, figured there had to be a better way, cause it's not like the fridge had an RO filtration system. I ended up getting the APEC CS-2500, but it was a huge pain to get it to work because I didn't want to use my existing sink since I wanted something meant for drinking water, so I got this faucet, the only faucet that I've found to not use the quick connect fittings, since I wanted hard line fittings to avoid leaks. I searched online to find various adaptors which none worked, but after going to Home Depot and screwing the faucet into their gauge chart, I found the size of the faucet was 1/4 compression and asked someone there how I could adapt from 3/8 to 1/4 compression and he immediately gave me an answer, not sure how he figured it out so quickly, but I'm very grateful cause it worked perfectly. I posted a picture of the adaptors and hose I needed to make it work for anyone else that wants to save themselves a headache.Eventually I will switch to RO, but not until I get the Aqara leak detection setup, because RO has so many quick connect fittings and I just don't trust it. I am a bit disappointed that one of the fittings had to be brass instead of stainless, but even my fridge used brass fittings, so I'll just have to deal with it until I switch to RO. Anyway it cut my time from 45 seconds to under 10 to fill up my bottle now so I'm happy.

I actually liked the product, out of the box, but there was a big problem that made it inoperable for us:The faucet's water supply lines weren't long enough to reach the valves underneath the sink. I just went through the product listing and two manufacturer PDFs attached to the listing and couldn't find any mention of the supply line length on this product.So that's one thing that the brand can improve about this listing - add those details. Tbh I didn't realize that was a potential issue when purchasing. Our countertop is standard height, and our supply lines are a few inches off the drop floor in the cabinets. I bet we're not the only ones who have experienced this problem.I thought about replacing the PEX to bring the valves higher up in the cabinet, but ultimately that seemed like too much trouble and to much $ on tools and parts that I don't have.I'd suggest the brand adds ~30% length to the supply lines, and that would probably solve this problem for the vast majority of people experiencing it.

Fantastic kitchen faucet! Both the normal and spray features work great and the finish matches all the rest of my Champaign kitchen.
