DO NOT HESITATE! FRICKEN AMAZING!
I read the reviews and they were soooo right! This is an amazing ergo cushy pad. It is wonderful even if you are sitting an place your feet on it. Flat cushions just don't cut it. This keeps your feet comfy because it it has multiple ergo options. All I can say is, you will absolutely love this mat. I've been promoting this to the co-worker that had me buy the chair the Gaiam Balance ball chair stool (which I absolutely Love) and so she is getting the mat as well. It's a bit pricey but so worth it.

:An absolute must have for those who are behind a desk all day. I am able to shift and put my feet at different levels. I have had no back, feet or leg issues. I can literally stand all day using this mat

Wonderful product, ESSENTIAL for stand up desks!
I have sensitive feet and as a person who uses a standing desk every day this is ESSENTIAL to my configuration. I stand for over 6 hours every day and I couldn't imagine doing it without this pad. I highly recommend the larger version over the shorter version because when my ADHD kicks in I like to stim and move around. My one regret is that there are not more textures to play with on this pad, that's why I give it 4/5 stars. Aside from lack of more textures though, this is about as perfect of a product one can get. It's durable, nicely padded to use with or without shoes, slip resistant, and decent for massaging the arches of my high gaited foot with. This is a product that is built to last and is nice and firm while being soft at the same time.

too legit to quit
this is actually a really legit standing desk mat, i've tried a few basic ones which still hurt my feet after a while but the different topography? of this mat allows you to move your feet around, change pressure points, stretch your feet and calves and massage the middle of your feet. i don't often write reviews but had to add mine here, can't imagine a better desk mat tbh
