This is one of my favorite hot chocolates.I first purchased this as it contains mushrooms and I’m not a fan of mushrooms but this hot cocoa is just amazing. I just add the content to a cup and pour in boiling water and that’s it.It does not taste like mushrooms, but you get the mushroom benefits and it contains organic cocoa plus ashwagandha which is known to reduce stress.Overall the company is great and they have other Om products similar to this hot chocolate.All in all I would definitely recommend this Om hot chocolate.

I purchased this one serving packet of Musroom drink to make sure I would like the taste so I can say that it was good enough to drink every day. I can't tell you if it does what it claims it will do. I would have to take more to make that claim.

The taste is ok not as chocolaty as I’d like but it helped me sleep 10-12 hrs I didn’t take any of my normal prescription or sleeping pills I am retired and have weird hours I usually stay up all night well it took this about an hour before I got a little tired the price was a little expensive only one little sample pack it was almost $3 I was hoping for more I’m not sore if I would buy more or not

The Om mushroom powder blended with coconut milk powder. The coconut sugar enhances the chocolate flavor, which I found rich. I only drank it while cold with water and cow milk or organic soy milk. I can't report on health or bodily benefits; there were none that I noticed but I drink to suppliment nevertheless.

As a warm cocoa drink, this really hits the spot for me. I usually have it at night and it relaxes me enough for bed.

It doesn't really taste like hot chocolate and tastes very earthy, but it really gives you a big energy boost. I might try it in a smoothie next time instead of drinking a coffee to get some energy in the afternoon

I purchased a sample from Amazon Fresh and Om Mushroom Superfood, Mushroom Powder Hot Chocolate is a winner! Om Mushroom Superfood, Mushroom Powder Hot Chocolate tastes great and is perfect for nighttime relaxation and sleep. I'm looking forward to adding this to my nighttime regime for good sleep. I slept well and woke up refreshed. The perfect amount of chocolate, mushroom blend, and ashwagandha and very tasty. Definitely, a must if you have light insomnia. This is so yummy and really does taste like hot chocolate ! As a vegan I really appreciate this
