Sweet little balls of yarnies! I almost don't want to use them - they're so cute! Have some amigurumi projects to make with this yarn, and the sample sizes are just the perfect quantity. I did a sample circle. Zero issues with yarn splitting. Texture is great, and all the colors work well together.

i love the wide color selection of this yarn set! it doesn't get frayed super easily, and ive never had issues with it knotting or tangling. the yarn is also easy to cut with scissors without fraying it. the yarn balls are pretty small, so these are mainly useful for small projects. which is perfect because i always do really small projects because im a noob at crochet XDspeak of, i find this yarn pretty easy to work with. overall, it's high quality, convenient, and definitely a good option for small projects :)

I have some plastic canvas projects I'm making and this set was perfect. It doesn't take much yarn and I was tired of buying whole skeins of one color just to use a few inches . And the colors are fantastic ! Will definitely be ordering again.

I bought this yarn because I ran out of colors for a multi striped yarn buster blanket I was making. For an acrylic (plastic) yarn it did its job. I had to use the yarn double because it’s a DK weight instead of worsted so I had to order another pkg! The big granny square on the blanket in this picture is all the yarn that last package of yarn that I ordered! The was ok but a little splitty!

A wonderful variety of colors. My granddaughter loves crocheting small animal figures and the size of the skeins allows her to easily use the yarn.

Very thin yarn. It is hard to work with. These skeins are very small as well. The colors are vibrant and lovely though. I wouldn’t order it again. I am sharing a picture of a project I just finished. I needed a brown color so I used this yarn in the middle of my sunflower granny squares. Again, only the center (brown) color was from this set of yarn.

These are small mini skeins, suitable for making amigurumis or to edge a towel, perhaps. I bought two, one for myself and one for my granddaughter who has recently taken up crocheting, so she could graduate from amigurumi kits to patterns and be able to choose her own colors. The yarn isn't as soft as some of the other Caron yarns I've used for years, but that isn't surprising, as these aren't for making blankets or clothing. Here are the color names that I've come up with for the 2nd edition set: Black - White - Pewter Gray - Cocoa Brown - Cantaloupe Orange - Mustard Yellow - Sunny Yellow - Lime Green - Grass Green - Forest Green - Mint Green - Sky Blue - Ocean Blue - Deep Blue - Violet - Grape Purple - Burgundy - Fuchsia - Apple Red - Rose Pink. I tried not to get too poetic with the names, so I hope this gives everyone a fairly accurate idea of the colors for the 2nd Edition package. I'm not sure about the 1st Edition colors, they seem the same in the pictures, but that doesn't mean they aren't different.

Great variety of colors and good yarn quality for the price! No visible knots or imperfections so far. Got this for learning Amigurumi and very satisfied with the purchase! Works as intended for my purposes!
