This product does an excellent job cleaning, and it will not damage your toilet bowl.

Q: Does anyone know if this product, since it is Hydrochloric Acid, will it kill the bacteria in a Septic Tank and System? Yes or no?

Its not strong enough. You would have to use a ton of it every day to stop the bacteria in a normal household septic. It only slightly changes the ph. Not enough to make a difference.
