Do you mean "too good to be true" or is it the genuine product vs. a weird knock off? The one I got was exactly the same as the bottles I've purchased from Ulta and Sephora so it's "real" in that sense. I love the gel formula as my foundation is gel based so they support each other. It along with the Watermelon Niacinamide Dew Drops keep my skin nicely moisturized and have helped me even out my complexion (no more dry vs non-dry areas on my face). Does this "plump" I can't really say that it does. Does it leave me looking dewey? By itself, yes. After applying my makeup, no. However, my face was much drier before using the product so my makeup looks better overall and I do look more "moisturized" overall just not "glowy" if that makes sense. If you're thinking about it, you should give it a try.

After cleansing your face apply a dime size of the serum and wait about one minute then apply your moisturizer. You will love the results

Q: What percentage of hyaluronic acid does this have?

I don't know what the percentage is, but it doesn't irritate like others I've tried, my skin tolerates it very well, I love it.

Q: is this the dew drop?

No. Sadly that seems to be sold out everywhere.
