Very relaxing and good at releasing tension after a long day at work, rolls up and fits in carrying bag. No issues so far.

Psychological or not, I have found this mat does help. It won't cure the arthritis in my back but does have a positive effect on coping with it. I watched a television presentation and decided to have a go myself. The spikes are uncomfortable at first but after a short time, I found I could relax properly and let the prickly bits do their job -rather like acupuncture but without piercing the skin. I use the mat just before going to bed and have found it does help me get a better night's sleep. The nights I haven't used it have not been so good. It does take some getting used to but with perseverance I have found some measure of relief. Am pleased I decided to give it a try.

Good product but i can’t use more than few minutes becouse my back become all irritated

Actually cannot rate this enough, my friend told me about these mats and ok not a perfect fix but 30 mins before bed on a night, takes the pain, relaxea body and let me get a decent enough sleep.

The title is a jokey one, it looks and feels like a medieval torture instrument, so sharp to touch and I wondered why my daughter would want to put herself through hell for pain relief!However, she uses it for neck and back pain and swears it helps her a lot. Whether that's the body thinking "Hang on, I can't cope with two different pain types at once" or it really does use pressure points to relieve pain in her spine and neck, I don't know! But she swears by it...

Seems fine I keep falling asleep when in it.

I own another acupressure mar but was travelling and needed to purchase a spare so chose this one. I spent the time I was supposed to be relaxing on the mat trying to press myself hard enough on to it to actually feel some benefit. I'd say the plastic pieces are just not pointed enough. Maybe better for those with more sensitive skin.
