Does this work on all gloves, even not real leather?

I would not recommend this product to anyone! The fumes coming from a glove treated with this product are toxic! The fumes locked my lungs!!!

Does it change the color of the glove?

Mine got slightly darker during the application but went back to the original color once it dried in. This was on a light grey glove.

This is a very light special oil for baseball gloves. It gets absorbed without oily residue. The wool piece of cloth works good to apply without wasting oil. Easy to use.
