Perfect for dressing up
OK so its not the most robust sword and I agree the strap is just a bit of thin webbing but it looks great! I do a lot of costume parties and some things I buy are way overpriced especially if I have to then distress them. This is a good price, is just what I wanted and all I’m doing is putting a longer strap on it. Perfect!

Average quality
It's a simple plastic sword which can bend easily but quality is reasonable for the price. I wasn't very happy with the color which was a very dull rubbery grey rather than silver but a can of spray paint quickly fixed it. Item arrived in damaged cardboard packaging which was badly taped together with masking tape.

Sheath/scabbard is useless
Not fit for purpose! The scabbard/sheath doesn’t stay on. When I push it on forcefully, after a small wobble and it will fall of. The sheath is useless. After looking at a picture from a different review I can mine even looks different on the sheath buckle part. I can’t keep the sheath on because it just falls off.The sword itself is very wobbly and not really solid but I wouldn’t have mind that, it’s mainly the fact that the sheath doesn’t work that has ruined this product for me.I will ask for a replacement and keep this review updated on customer service and the replacement if given.Update:Terrible. I wouldn’t recommend.

Jagged and flimsy
I bought this for my six year old boy. He was very excited by how authentic he thought it looked. However, the bottom fell off before we had even removed it from the packaging and two more pieces were broken after about 10mins of play-fighting. The seams of the plastic on the 'blade' are quite sharp and jagged so it cut / broke through skin when my six year old struck his brother's finger during their play-fight.
