Q: Are these drawers fully crystal clear transparent or do they have a slightly cloudy finish? Also, can you stack one on top of the other?

Slightly cloudy but clear enough to see contents. Yes stackable.

Q: Can you secure the unit to the wall?

Yes, this unit can be wall-mounted. There are four screw holes located on the back of the unit. My unit is sitting on a shelf and as the storage box is of plastic construction I personally would support the unit with a wooden batten if I was wall-mounting. Once each compartment is fully loaded (especially if metal screws/ washers etc) the overall unit weight can become excessive. Hope this helps.
