Perfect, adjustable, sturdy
Needed after knee surgery. I'm big, toilet in low. It is adjustable, easy to assemble, allows lid to close, temporary. Can be folded for storage ( but it turns out that I like it)

Great product! Adjustable!
I don’t usually do reviews on products but this item was well worth it. It was sooo easy to put together even with my arthritic hands. I bought this for my husband who has trouble getting up from the toilet. It worked perfectly. Kudos to the manufacturer for making a quality product. We have gone from me having to help him up (6’4”, I’m 5’4”) to his independently getting up himself!!! 5 stars. For the money, you can’t beat this product.

Very good but needs tweaks
I Iike:- easy to put together (if you're good at puzzles and don't forego reading the instructions.- good scale for small bathroom- easy to adjust- on lowest setting, makes for a nice arm rest while seated without interfering with arm movement for cleanup.I don't like:- the round back bar rubs toilet seat and in time leaves scratch or indent mark. (They say there are protective bumper guards to snap on but anything you'd add would cause toilet seat to fall down if not holding it back by being seated; that could startle and lead to a mess)- both above problems could be solved if back brace bar was flat.- feet can be switched from rubber end caps which are NOT adjustable for height to balance on uneven floor. The alternative, screw on suction feet ARE adjustable but do not suction if you have grouted tile floor, or do not stay suctioned if you press hard and get one foot to grip. They are hard and wide and present a tripping hazzard and don't keep cage from shifting which increases risk of seat falling closed. But, still, good value for price. Sturdy.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
INITIAL REVIEW:I think the idea behind this product is good and the materials seem to be of good quality. My problem is that, of course, when I unpacked the parts to assemble them there were some missing pieces. I think the "foam pads" that are supposed to prevent scratching the tank of the toilet could be of better quality but all else looks fine. I just wish I had gotten all four C-shaped clasps. I only received 2 and that seriously compromises the unit's stability. My husband had surgery on both feet and needs to be able to lean on the rails without worrying about any wobble or potential instability from having only 2 of the 4 clamps. Very disappointed.ADDENDUM: I reached out to the company using the information provided on the back of the user's manual and received a prompt and courteous reply promising to send a full complement of the missing C-shaped clasps. A few days later they arrived in the mail. Problem solved. The rails are now very solid (no wobble).SUGGESTION: The unit comes with styrofoam sleeves to protect the toilet tank from scratches but I worried they were not sufficient and might not last long because they are fairly thin and insubstantial. I opted to use a "swimming noodle" (which are thicker, more substantial, and provide good padding) - I used a box knife and slit the noodle open on one side and slipped it around the back bars of the unit and feel that this is a quick, easy, and very inexpensive way to protect your toilet tank from any potential scratching.FINAL COMMENTS: This unit provides great stability and peace of mind now. Thank you! I am changing my initial one star review to a 5 star review.

Utilitarian but Necessary
Sturdy and safe!!! The perfect appliance for a knee replacement patient. The suction cup feet adds a level of security as the frame does not move or shift, so the patient does not feel in danger of falling. And it folds away for travel or after the rehab for the surgery. No attaching to the toilet! A great investment.

Love this! Great after surgery.
I had foot surgery and will be in a cast and boot for 6 weeks and I'm not allowed to put any weight on the cast or boot in order to heal properly. Easy to assemble - my 16-year old wanted to put it together for me and did a great job following the instructions. I didn't want to drill a handle bar to my wall as I'd have to remove it, patch, and paint after my cast is removed. So this is perfect as it's temporary and will be disassembled and placed back in the original box for storage in case needed in the future. I like that it has bars on both sides, which makes it easy for balance and raising myself up and down on the use of just one leg. It's also adustable for height and width so you can customize it to your comfort and style/size of your toilet. I'm glad I came across this on Amazon, else using the restroom with crutches would've been a nightmare multiiple times/day!

Worth the time and money to prevent falls.
Great product once you assemble it. Assembly is quite easy. Good assembly directions. Even I was able to do it and I dislike putting things together. Easily adjusts height and width needed. I recommend it. Like me, many people feel that support for getting on and off the toilet makes us feel old. Guess what? We are getting old (and stiff and achy). Don’t suffer and risk falling. This is worth it.
