Other than the fact that it tastes like mushroom gravy no matter what you put it in I’m sure it is healthy but the only way I can consume this is when I need to make a mushroom gravy or something I want to add a mushroom flavor to. I know you can’t do anything about the flavor of what you have dried to help us all get or be healthier but I figured it’s worth a mention. Especially for those that think they can put it in their morning coffee!

I love to have options as to how I take my medicinal mushrooms and this gives me not only all the options but more control about what is in my food and/or drinks over say pre-made coffee mixes with instant coffee. I mostly like to mix this with my matcha tea, a coffee, hot chocolate or a smoothie. I believe it's been helpful for some of my health conditions as my blood work has improved greatly and I seem to have a bit more energy and sleep better as well.

I have to start by saying this master blend is a game changer for my seven year old son and I. However, As much as we have enjoyed our new journey with this mushroom blend, just like everything else in life there are pro’s and con’s.Pro’s- I started to research mushroom blends so I could use something natural for my sons ADHD and so so I could attempt to ease myself down from my addiction of cup after cup of coffee everyday. This has helped my family immensely.We started using this in the mornings before work and school to help jump start our day. My son has an extremely hard time focusing throughout the school day due to his ADHD and I have been looking for alternatives to help him be more successful at focusing and staying on track with following instructions in the classroom and at home. Since we have started this as part of our morning routine I have seen a change in him, he seems happier and the stack of incomplete school work that the teacher sends home has shrunk in size. Before whole assignments would come home with only his name written and now she is actually attempting to do the work. Another perk is the boost in immunity it provides which is great now that school is back in session and we are exposed more often to germs.I have also enjoyed the benefits. I switched out my large morning coffee with the mushroom blend and have enjoyed what seems like improved memory and the mental clarity and increased energy without the crash I would often experience with soda or coffee (which would always send me for my refill of coffee to perk me back up).Now for the cons- It takes a moment to dissolve- be patient it will get there. Also, the taste is not the most enjoyable at first. Very earthy. However, after a few days it does start to grow on you. I prefer to prepare my daily mushroom blend as a shot. Bottoms up, and get it down really quick. My son attempted this and wasn’t a fan so I prepare his, then mix with a small amount of chocolate milk and pour over ice.

I like the gummies! One thing I've noticed since I've started taking them, is that my eye stopped twitching completely. They taste fine and are simple to take in the morning.

Dissolved ok. Far more residue than Stamet’s or Myco Guardians. Stronger mushroom flavor compared to the other 2 and I’m not crazy about the undissolved powder on bottom of mug.I like the mushroom mix. I dislike the pouch package. The others come in tubs with screw on lids and little scoops. The bag doesn’t fit as well in the cabinet, inevitably the zip top isn’t closed well so dust puffs out or it spills in the cabinet.So 3 stars, seems like a nice mushroom mix but doesn’t dissolve well, stronger flavor than I prefer in mushroom cacao and not crazy about the packaging.

I just started taking this product a week ago.i take it around 5:00 p.m while sipping green tea. the two work beautifully together. ✨i'm so happy my daughter suggested this mushroom blend for relaxation ☺️just for reference i'm 59 yrs. old weigh 120 lbs. two capsules are just right for me.

Great energy boost, taste is interesting but I make a similar tea of my own that works just as great with natural mushroom extracts, so I’m used to the ‘heavy’ taste. I just simply add honey and lemon and make shroomaid. I purchased this to resell for my herbal business but I will be buying packs for myself as well for on the go. I like the fact I can get very similar affects and a great energy boost just with one powder and my kettle.
